Overview
Brentwood’s AccuPac®Cellular Drift Eliminators are constructed of an alternating series of corrugated and wave PVC sheets, assembled to form closed cells. The closed cell structure yields the greatest surface area for droplet capture in a given volume. Brentwood’s latest generation of cellular drift eliminators are specifically engineered for to maximize drift removal efficiency and minimize pressure drop.
芯材料费尔一样的影响ls when it comes to their performance in relation to surface conditioning. The efficiency of a drift eliminatorrelies on the captured drift droplets forming a thin film of water on the drift eliminator surface. This allows the water to drain back into the wet section of the cooling tower properly. Any beads of water on the surface are exposed to the air stream and are susceptible to being stripped off the drift eliminator and exiting the tower.
Brentwood has conducted extensive R&D and testing of all drift eliminator products over the years, collecting results from thousands of high-performing installations. Whether your needs are for counterflow or crossflow tower applications, Brentwood knows just how important the design and material of construction can be with respect to a drift eliminator's efficiency.
